Shakir Ali Noori
Shakir Ali Noori is a Sunni Sufi Islamic Scholar and Ameer of Sunni Dawat e Islami, a non-political, religious institution in Mumbai, India. He had strengthened the Sunni Islam in India through many religious events, including whole-day gathering at state and national level Most important the annual gathering, one of the grandest Sunni Muslim assemblies operated in India, bringing around 300,000 individuals into the center of Mumbai, India’s economic capital. This movement has an ordained mission for humanity since 1990s, with its headquarters in Mumbai and processes. Sunni Dawate Islami is carrying out a broad web of several academies of Contemporary and religious learning, which include fifty Madarsa and around Fifteen English medium schools in the native country India, apart from the Sunni Dawate Islami's Educational Centres in other Parts of the world.

Life and Career
Shakir Ali Noori was born in Junagadh of Gujarat in India. He had finished his learning with memorization of the Quran and its oration, reading Islamic disciplines and Islamic sciences, linking to the practices of the last Prophet (peace be upon him). In his adolescence he has been fortuitous to get the experience of investing moments in the group of several devout Sufi Saints of his days. Through whose kindnesses and direction he develops up as a counsel to several individuals with names of “Ataa e Huzoor Mufti-e-Azam-e-Hind” and “Daee-e-Kabeer”.
In his adolescence he devoted himself to improving the Muslim community, the younger generation, with generous sincerity and vigour, through his global, spiritual, apolitical organization, Sunni Dawate Islami, to prepare them genuine practising Muslims and avid disciples of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). His arduous effort, genuine selfless intentions connected with humbleness and sacrifices, earned him the kindnesses of noted intellectuals of Islam and several Shaikhs. Crowds from all walks of life recognise his natural behavior, liberal Sufi understanding, rigorous adherence to the fundamentals of Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat and his ambience of encouragement. His addresses, on an extensive assortment of issues, gripped the characters and minds, transforming thousands of individuals worldwide.
His attention on amalgamation of contemporary, holy & spiritual disciplines coupled with latest scientific adherence for Muslims has served the Community with several academics who are now comprehensive missionaries and instructors, extending the bona fide message of Islam & this has promoted the community to become cultured & sincere practising Muslims worldwide.
Apart from this, he has founded several human welfare movements of women’s empowerment through learning, take care of a family mission, feeding & clothing the destitute and oppressed, counselling support to the teen, help to melancholy- and wrecked-affected individuals and likewise against drug abuse, which has gained acceptance, not alone in India but too in Europe. His detailed biography titled “Tajalliyat e Noori” has been circulated by the mission. He even advances to wander, not to all parts of India but worldwide. Noorie has likewise risen, being a pupil of Mufti-e-Azam-e Hind Mustafa Raza Khan Noorie of Bareilly, to the reputation of a ‘Shaykh’ with a reasonable figure of pupils around the earth, after securing the Ijazah and authority from Islamic scholars & Shaikhs, to identify a few, Former Sajjada Nasheen off and a descendant of Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani, Shaykh Sayed Yusuf Geelani [Sajjada Nasheen of Marehra] Sayyed Hasnain Miya Nazmi Qadri Barkati, Qari Amanat Rasool of Pilibhit, Abdul Mannan Raza Khan and others.
Sunni Dawat e Islami is a global, non-political and socio-religious organization which encourages the propagation of the genuine Islamic beliefs and doctrines under the discipline of the real sect of Ahle Sunnah Wal Jama’at Through strengthening the Sunnah of the Venerated last Messenger of Islam (Prophet Muhammad) peace be upon him. It wishes to lit the lantern of love among the ummah.

Legacy and Recognition
Shakir Ali Noori is priviledged by the Royal Islamic Society, Amman, Jordan by his inclusion amongst top 500 Most Influential Muslim of the World every year from 2013 to 2021 with an omission of 2018.
